An interesting article regarding a sighting of the “Yahoo” near Emmaville -NSW. The article states that the story occurred ten or eleven years prior (1895 -1896). Great description is given of the animal here.
Interestingly, at about the same time as the above article states the sighting took place, a report was posted of a man attacked by a “Gorilla” in neighbouring Tenterfield.
